UPS & Endicia Shipping Label Integration for Magento 2
Project Overview
Developed a custom Magento 2 extension that seamlessly integrates UPS WorldShip and Endicia (USPS) shipping services into the Magento Admin Panel. The module enables store administrators to retrieve live shipping rates, generate shipping labels, automatically create Magento shipments, attach tracking numbers, and notify customers without leaving the order management interface.
The extension supports OAuth authentication for both shipping providers, configurable carrier settings, automated token caching, secure credential management, AJAX-powered shipment workflows, CLI testing utilities, detailed logging, and a fully integrated admin experience. The solution significantly streamlines warehouse operations by eliminating manual label generation and reducing shipping errors.

The project required integrating two different shipping providers, each with unique authentication methods, API structures, shipping services, and label formats. The solution also needed to fit seamlessly into Magento's shipment workflow while maintaining security, reliability, and a user-friendly admin experience.
