Laravel Loan Financing Calculator Package
Project Overview
Developed a reusable Laravel package that provides accurate loan repayment calculations for both borrowers and investors. The package is framework-friendly, database-independent, and can be integrated into any Laravel application with minimal configuration.
It supports multiple loan structures including interest-only, balloon, and fully amortized loans, along with monthly and quarterly payment schedules. The package also calculates investor-specific fees such as management, incentive, advisory, and withheld interest while maintaining configurable rounding, timezone support, and validation.
Designed using clean architecture principles, the package exposes an intuitive API through facades, service classes, and DTOs, making it easy for developers to integrate complex financial calculations into their own applications without rebuilding loan logic from scratch.
